Luminary Green Park

This 2.3-acre park is a unique and special gathering space for residents, workers and students of Creative Village, Parramore and downtown Orlando. 

Luminary Green has a large, welcoming lawn for everyone to gather, play and enjoy the outdoors. In the future, the lawn will host events for unorganized recreation and feature landscaped areas shaded with canopy trees. 

Luminary Green celebrates and shines a light on community Luminaries, those who have preceded us but who lived lives exemplified with service to the Parramore Community.

The north end of the park features an iconic trellis. This circular feature serves as the aesthetic cornerstone of the park and provide additional shaded area for park patrons.  

Most recently, the park welcomed a dog-run for residents to take their canine companions of all shapes and sizes to enjoy outdoor play time or basking in the sun.

Luminary Nights on the Green

This 20-minute show turns the iconic ORLANDO sign into a canvas that comes alive with projected animations and lighting to music, all while showcasing the unique and authentic features of Orlando, like nature, innovation, thrills and hospitality.

In partnership with Visit Orlando and the Orlando Economic Partnership, the light show includes a one-minute segment known as “Awakening” that engages the community in culture projects that represent the regional brand Unbelievably Real. Awakening is an inspiring activation that defines what makes Orlando Unbelievably Real by taking the viewer on a colorful, visual journey. 

The show will run continuously every evening starting at dusk until 10 p.m.
