The Office for Local Assistance (OLA) staff helps Orlando residents to apply to a variety of local services.

Step 1.Determine what assistance you need

Step 3.We will contact you

An OLA staff member will contact you within 1-2 business days. If necessary, we will set up an in-person appointment with you.

Step 4.Attend your appointment

Please arrive on time and be prepared to stay for at least 30 minutes (45 minutes if you are meeting us about food stamps).
