Do you have leftover cooking oil at home that is ready to be turned in?
Cooking oil containers can be dropped off at specified city community centers to be recycled. The City of Orlando converts this oil into bio-diesel. Residents who recycle cooking oil help to keep it out of the landfill. Recycling your cooking oil can also:
After cooking, safely pour it into a shatterproof container. Fill up the jug with used, leftover cooking oil and do this over time. The jug does not need to be filled entirely to return it to the city.
When you're ready to dispose, drop them off at any one of our 16 drop-off locations. Due to COVID-19, some centers may be physically closed. Please knock to gain access.
