Portuguese Speaking Citizen Police Academy

This five-week course aims to foster relationships between the police department and the community. All courses are taught in Portuguese. 

The academy will cover:

• Behind the Badge: Get to know your Brazilian Police officers
• International Drive Unit
• Crime Scene Unit
• Virtra 4k Simulator Interactive Session

Classes begin on Thursday, August 22, 2024 and will be held weekly every Thursday evening from 6 - 9 p.m. at Orlando Police Training Facility on 100 George Desalvia Way.
