Disabled Parking

Rates for Accessible Parking for People with Disabilities

All city-owned garages have disabled parking available. A disabled hang tag or toll exemption hang tag is required to be properly displayed when parking in a disabled space.

Regular rates apply in garages and surface lots unless you qualify for the following:

  • Toll Exemptions - A FL Toll Exemption Permit provides a toll exemption hang tag so you are not required to pay in City lots or garages. Please refer to your license branch for more information on this.
  • Disabled Veterans - If you have a valid Disabled Veterans License Tag, you can park for free at any City of Orlando Parking Division Garage or Lot. Please enter the facility by pulling a ticket and letting the cashier know of your tag when exiting. During special events, please let the cashier know at the time you pay.

On-street metered parking

  • Read sign as some locations vary.
  • The first four hours are free when properly parking and displaying the disabled hang tag.
  • Meters will be enforced after the posted allowed time has expired.
