Grant Funding Availability

The Mayor’s Matching Grant Program was implemented in 1994 to partner with neighborhood associations, schools and non-profit organizations to fund projects which address neighborhood needs, improve education and build community pride. 

The grant is awarded on a bi-annual basis. The grant deadlines are the last Friday in March and the last Friday in September. Grant terms start June 1 (for applications submitted by the March deadline) and January 1 (for applications submitted by the September deadline).

The 30-day license is available on a first-come, first served basis to nonprofit organizations with offices in Orange County that serve the residents of the City of Orlando.
