As a result of new guidelines from the CDC, which includes a restriction on gatherings of 10 or more people, all park reservations and rentals have been cancelled through Tuesday, March 31, 2020. Event coordinators will receive a full refund of the park fees they have paid to this point.
Reservations for April and later are still on the books at this time. However, no new reservations will be made for any park until further notice.
Trotter’s park is one of the City’s four cornerstone parks. Originally the home of the Ben White Raceway, the site’s facilities reflect that historical equestrian theme. The 100.2 acres of public park property redeveloped in January 2003 houses 4-lighted soccer fields, 4-lighted baseball fields, restroom and concession facilities, biking and blading trails, and lighting.
Leashed pets are allowed at all City parks, but not in playgrounds or athletic fields. Please clean up after your pet.
