Find out what items should be placed in a trash cart, recycling cart or composter or where you can drop off recycling.
Items accepted in your recycling cart include:
Bottles and containers labeled #1 - #5. Lids or caps can stay on.
Bottles and jars. Remove lids or caps.
Tin, aluminum, steel and empty aerosol cans.
Flattened boxes
Newspapers, paper gabs, junk mail, sheets of paper and drink cartons.
Do not include:
Plastic bags harm recycling machinery, empty the recycling directly into the cart.
