Rosemont offers multiple reservation options for groups of 50 people or less. Table and chairs are available

How much does it cost?

All reservations require:

  • Refundable Damage Deposit: $100
  • Insurance /Liability Coverage: $31.95

Keep in mind: 

  • Submitting a reservation request is not a guarantee a date will be available.
  • Reservations must be paid in full to secure the event date.
  • It is the responsibility of customers to set up and break down rooms.
  • Set and clean up time must be included in rental times.

Step 1.Gather your information

To get started, we will need to know:

  • Desired date(s)
  • What you'd like to reserve
  • Number of people expected to attend
  • A seating/table chart, if applicable

Step 2.Prepare a COVID safety plan

Your plan checklist should include:

  • Temperature checks taken prior to entering facility
  • Face coverings are worn with the exception of eating and drinking
  • Ensure face coverings are available to attendees who may not have one
  • Minimize face to-face contact, seating/table arrangements 6 feet apart
  • Comply with distancing and hygiene guidelines

Step 3.Staff will email you a fee estimate

Based on the information in your application, staff will prepare a fee estimate and payment instructions for your event.

Step 4.Make a payment

Depending on the timing for your event, either full or partial payment is required.

Step 5.Provide all required information

Depending on the event, additional documentation may be required.

Step 6.Secure all required permits

Depending on the event, permits may be required.

Step 7.Host your event

During your event, staff will check on you to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Step 8.Receive any deposit or refunds

After your event, a staff member will process any refunds based on your event (if applicable).
