Women’s History Month is observed each March 1 – March 31throughout the country to recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements that women have made over the course of American history. The City of Orlando has a long history of women residents who have helped advance the city and played a key role in shaping The City Beautiful over the years. Women have and continue to serve the community in many different ways, building a stronger Orlando for all who call it home.
