The City of Orlando Returns to In-Person City Council Meetings
November 6, 2020 – Orlando, FL – Beginning Monday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. the Orlando City Council will resume in-person meetings in compliance with the Governor’s Executive Order 20-246 related to virtual meetings ending November 1, 2020.
Options for the public to watch the meetings will continue through the methods listed below:

After 4 p.m., the City Council meeting can be watched on the following channels: - Vision TV Channel 492 on Spectrum (formerly Bright House) - Channel 98 on Comcast - 1082 on CenturyLink Prism TV - 10.3 Digital Over the Air - Orange County Government's arts, information and education network.
How to submit public comment or speak at City Council City staff are taking the necessary preparations to allow for social distancing and for live public comment. For in-person public comment and general appearances the public may appear in the Terrace Gallery. Requests to speak must be submitted by 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
Written public comments can be submitted online at orlando.gov/councilcomment; emailed to cityclerk@orlando.gov; mailed to City Clerk, Public Comment, 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801; or dropped off to the 1st floor security station at City Hall.
Written public comment received by 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting will be distributed to Council and attached to the related agenda item for public viewing. Comments that do not include the required information will not be distributed or attached to the agenda. All comments received are public record.
Media Instructions
Media planning to attend the Orlando City Council Meeting are required to arrive to City Hall by 1:45 p.m. for escort to Council Chambers. Upon arrival, media should contact Samantha Holsten, City of Orlando Public Information Officer, at 321-418-9361 (cell) or samantha.holsten@orlando.gov (email).
In alignment with CDC guidelines, media must wear a cloth face covering and maintain six feet of physical distance between others at all times.
