Cabin Guidelines

  • You may have up to 10 people per cabin
  • You must be 25 years old or older to reserve a cabin
  • The longest amount of time you can stay in a cabin is 2 weeks

Guests of the Family Camp Sites may stay for up to 45 days in a calendar year.

For example, if you stay at one of the camp sites for 10 days in January and 14 days in February, you have 21 days left to stay at one of the camp sites for the rest of the year.

Insurance is based on attendance and is automatically applied to your reservation.

Boat rental days are Thursdays - Sundays from 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Step 1.Gather your information

We will ask you some basic information about your stay, including the dates and what you'd like to rent.

Keep in mind: If you are reserving a park facility for your event, we are currently limiting how many people can attend.

Visit our booking site to view what's available, see pricing and capacity information and make a reservation at the park.

Step 3.Make a payment

You will create an account and check out as part of the reservation process. You will need to pay in full to secure your reservation.

Step 4.Review rental documents

A copy of your receipt, rental guidelines and contract will be emailed to you.  

Step 5.Enjoy your stay

In your rental contract, you will be provided with check-in times and other information. 

Step 6.Receive applicable deposits

A Parks staff member will refund you any applicable damage deposit. 



  • Pavilions and Facility capacities are limited.  Please scroll above for details.
  • CDC guidelines are to be followed at all times while visiting the park.
  • An alcohol beverage waiver requires both a specific permit and special insurance. Additional time is required for these steps.
  • If the City/Park Management cancels a rental due to weather, notification will be given and a full refund issued. If the renter cancels due to any reason, the Park must be notified 72 hours prior to the event and a $25.00 administrative fee will be withheld from the refund. You may forfeit your rental fees if not cancelled on time. 
  • Filming – permission is not needed from the Parks Office to film at your event, please contact the Orlando Film Commission, Lindsey Fuller Sandrin 407.422.7159 x216.
  • Grills, smokers, open flames or fryers cannot be brought into the park. Only grills mounted in the ground provided for you as part of your rental may be used.
  • A Loudspeaker Permit is required when ANY amplified device is to be used in a City park.
  • The City of Orlando is not responsible for loss or damages to decorations and other personal belongings.
  • Do not attach anything to the walls of the pavilion, gazebo or building other than with scotch tape, string or zip ties. Please do not use staples or tacks. Please do not hang or attach anything trees. All decorations (tape, string, etc.) must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Balloons are not allowed.


  • All reservations must be paid in full to secure and lock in the date.
  • Checks are accepted up to 14 days of the reservation.
  • Damage, clean up, deposit (refundable) will be charged depending on the reservation.
  • Payments made by cash or check will be refunded in the form of a check issued by the City of Orlando and usually takes up to 14 - 21 business days.
  • Payments made by debit/credit card will be credited back to the same card and usually takes between 7 - 14 business days to be processed.
