Daytime Parking Rates (Non-Event)

Parking Garages

• $2 per hour ($15 daily maximum)
• $1 for the first 30 minutes
• Not valid at the City Commons or the ThreatLocker parking garages
• Cars must be removed by 5:29 a.m. to avoid paying regular rates the following day

Early Bird Rate at Parking Garages

• Enter between 5:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. / exit before 5 p.m.
• $8 flat rate
• Not valid at the City Commons or the ThreatLocker parking garages 

Surface Lots

• $2 per hour or Weekend/Event Rate of $10

     Grove Park Lot: Flat $10 up until 4 p.m.

• Enter between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
• $6 flat rate
• Not valid at the Orange County Courthouse, City Commons, ThreatLocker parking garages or 1st floor on Jefferson St. Garage.

• $10 flat rate
• Cars must be removed by 5:29 a.m. to avoid paying regular rates the following day

On-Street Parking Rates

Downtown Core and SoDo/Orlando Health On-Street Spaces

• Payment required Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm
• $1 per hour
• Free parking from 6pm-8am
• Free parking on Sundays and city holidays
• Payment methods: Pay at meter and ParkMobile app (zone is displayed on meter decal)

Creative Village On-Street Parking

• Payment required Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm
• $1 per hour
• Free parking from 6pm-8am
• Free parking on Sundays and city holidays
• Payment method: ParkMobile app, text to pay, or on website (zone is displayed on signs)

Keep in mind:

• ParkMobile zone 77001 and all zones beginning with 71 are managed by the City of Orlando. Any other zones are not under our jurisdiction.
• ParkMobile sessions have an additional service fee.
• Check the signs, as parking regulations may vary depending on location.
• After you have parked for the maximum time posted on the parking sign and/or shown on the ParkMobile app, you have to move your vehicle to another block to avoid an overtime citation.

Event Parking Rates 

Event parking rates may be in effect at select locations when there is a large event in downtown Orlando or at a downtown venue. 

Garages are $10 with the exception of the ThreatLocker parking garage. Lots are $10, with the exception of the Grove Park Lot. 

You can also pay in advance to reserve a parking space. Additional fees may apply for pre-purchased parking through Ticketmaster and Parkmobile.

EV Charging Rates (on-street, lots, and garages)

EV charging rates are $0.20 per kwh, plus applicable fees.

Parking payment required: All EV charging stations located in a municipal garage or in an on-street parking space with a meter or ParkMobile sign require payment for parking in addition to charging costs.

Idle fees: An idle fee of $1.00 per minute is applied after a 10-minute grace period if the vehicle is fully charged and the session has not ended. When finished charging, remove the connector from the port and return the cable to the station, then move your vehicle to a different parking spot to avoid fees and allow others to charge their vehicle.

How to Pay

All parking garages are cashless and accept credit or debit cards. Some garages accept contactless payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Street parking is cashless and uses the ParkMobile app, Pay by Text or by phone. You can register your credit/debit card and use your digital wallet like Apple Pay or Google Pay to pay for street parking around the city.
