You are invited to join Blue Sky Communities and City of Orlando Staff for a community meeting regarding the proposed Roberto Clemente affordable housing development.

Parking:

Parking is available in front of Engelwood Neighborhood Center. Please follow the signs for community meeting parking. 

What to Expect:

Representatives from Blue Sky Communities will be available to share information about the proposed Roberto Clemente affordable housing development, planned for 5750 Roberto Clemente Road, Orlando, FL 32807. The project location is shown on the map below:

The property is located in the Engelwood Park Neighborhood, in City Commissioner District 2.

 

In partnership with the City of Orlando, Blue Sky Communities is proposing to construct a four-story, 60-unit affordable apartment complex for senior residents. The project will provide 40 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom units.

Community members are encouraged to attend to learn more about the project.
