Directions for registering

Via registration:

1. Open a web browser and type or paste the registration link into the address bar. If typing manually, it must be entered exactly as provided as the link is case sensitive.
2. The GoTo Webinar registration page will open. The attendee should enter their information and click "Register."
3. GoTo Webinar will send an email confirmation to the email address provided. The attendee should open that confirmation email and click “Join Webinar.”

Via phone:

1. Use the dial-in number and access code provided. Attendees will not receive any confirmation email or link and they will have limited functionality (listen-in only).

Directions for meeting attendees

• The control panel will be visible on the upper-right corner of their computer. If joining from a mobile device, they can simply tap their screen to access the toolbar.
• Attendees can submit questions using the question box in the GoTo Webinar control panel.
• Attendees can download any items (the presentation, any documentation) that we wish to upload for them using the “Materials” section in the GoTo Webinar control panel.
