Do you need to register a contractor or submit updated contractor licensing information?
Contractors getting permits for work in the City of Orlando must be registered with the Permitting Services Division.

A stamped sealed surety bond or continuation certificate can be submitted electronically, in person, by mail, or by fax.
You will need to upload copies of current licenses, certifications and insurance.
Complete the Form
After submitting the form, expect a response from us within two business days.
To avoid delays in permit issuance or scheduling inspections, complete Step 2 on this page or email your updated business tax receipt, workers compensation or workers comp exemption and contractor's license to digitalpermits@orlando.gov.
If we do not have your updated documents on file, you will be unable to schedule inspections or move forward with your permit.
