As part of ongoing construction for the new residential building, Emi on 50, temporary road closures will be in effect from Monday, July 20, 2026, through Friday, August 7, 2026.
Hampton Avenue, between Concord Street and Amelia Street, will be closed to through traffic daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Access to businesses and residences within the affected area will be maintained for local traffic. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and allow extra travel time. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as construction progresses.
