As part of ongoing construction for the new residential building, Emi on 50, temporary road closures will be in effect from Wednesday, June 10, 2026, through Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
Hillcrest Street, between Altaloma Avenue and Hillside Avenue, will be closed daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hampton Avenue, between Colonial Drive and Concord Street, will also be closed to through traffic during this period.
Access to businesses, residences, and parking lots within the affected area will be maintained for local traffic. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and allow extra travel time. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as construction progresses.
All street, lane and sidewalk closures and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions.
