Apply For a Right of Way Utilization Renewal

Step 1.Understand the requirements

Review Section 54.28 of the City Code to ensure your Right-of-Way Utilization Permit meets all applicable requirements.

Step 2.Prepare your Documents

Before submitting your renewal application, gather the following to ensure your existing operations continue to meet City requirements:

1. An updated State Alcohol License
2. Updated Proof of Insurance
   • Minimum coverage of $500,000 required
   • General Liability insurance and Certificate holder should be listed as: City of Orlando, 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801.

Step 3.Submit the Renewal

Once your documents are ready, complete the ROW Utilization Renewal application online.
