This project includes:
- Vertical bike lane protections using low-profile traffic separators to separate bicyclists and vehicles.
- Intersection improvements including:
- Bulb-outs which extend the curb with posts and paint to shorten crossings and slow vehicle turns.
- Bike boxes which mark space at intersections to give bikes a head start in front of cars at red lights.
- Bicycle crossings to slow traffic and improve bicycle safety.

The objective of these improvements is to increase bicyclist safety along Livingston Street and at the intersections of Livingston Street and Fern Creek Boulevard, Livingston Street and Bumby Avenue, and Livingston Street and Maguire Boulevard.
This project was identified as demonstration project in the 2020 Bike Plan Update as they would ideally improve the connectivity of the Orlando bike network and support increased bike safety. Evaluation goals for this project may include the following:
