The DRAFT State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Annual Report for Closeout Year 2023-2024 is now available for review and public comment. 

This report outlines how the City of Orlando has used state funds to create and preserve affordable housing, for example by providing down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers and funding housing rehabilitation and repairs.
