The City of Orlando has suspended accepting new applications for the Down Payment Assistance Program. We anticipate additional resources will be allocated by the State Legislature in July of 2025 and we may be able to start accepting new applications at that time, contingent upon funding availability.
To apply for down payment assistance, the city requires the homebuyer's mortgage lender to be registered with the City of Orlando.
