The City of Orlando will solicit plans through a competitive process to create a library of pre-approved ADU plans that will be available to City of Orlando residents. The construction-ready plans will be available to property owners at a fixed price directly from the designing firm.
The plans will be pre-reviewed by city staff, providing property owners with design-appropriate plans that meet city and state codes. These pre-packages plans are expected to be available in summer of 2026.
