View what items should be placed in a trash cart, recycling cart or composter or where you can drop off recycling.
Items accepted in your recycling cart include:
Bottles and containers. Empty and clean, caps stay on.
Bottles and jars. Empty and clean, remove lids.
Aluminum, steel and tin cans. Empty and clean.
Flattened boxes
Newspapers, paper bags, junk mail, sheets of paper and drink cartons.
Do not include:
Plastic bags harm recycling machinery, empty the recycling directly into the cart.
