Firefighter Cancer Claims Committee

To discuss claims under F.S. §112.1816. This statute was enacted on July 1, 2019 and provides that an eligible firefighter diagnosed with certain types of cancer, under the terms and conditions of the statute, are eligible to receive certain benefits.
