PLEASE TAKE NOTICE on February 11, 2026, the City of Orlando Code Enforcement Board issued an Order finding Scott M. Benke and Holly Benke, in violation of the City Code concerning the use of the property located at 3500 Lake Sarah Drive. As a result of this determination, Holly and Scot Benke (“Petitioner”) have filed a request for relief under Section 70.51, Florida Statutes (F.S.).
