Do you want to be part of the Veterans Day Parade?

We are proud to honor our community's veterans at the annual Veterans Day Parade.

Keep in mind: 

  • Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be contacted if your submission is approved.
  • Application and entry fee must be submitted no later than October 4, 2024

Step 1.Gather information

You will need to provide the following:

  • Contact information
  • Measurements of vehicles/floats
  • Number of people in group
  • How your organization will like to be announced

Step 2.Submit your application

Step 3.Apply to become a Grand Marshal

Applicants must be a veteran or a veteran family. We are looking to share compelling stories about your family's loyalty to the U.S. Armed Forces and how it may have become a part of your family legacy.

Step 4.We will contact you

A City of Orlando staff member will contact you with the final decision on your application.

Step 5.Once accepted, submit payment

Do NOT submit payment until your application has been approved. You will be contacted if you are approved.

The entry fee is $100 for non-veteran non-profits, for profit youth organizations, performance troupes and faith-based organizations. No entry fee is charged for veteran affiliates, active duty military, school marching bands, ROTC/JROTC, government organizations and elected officials.
