Request a Permit for a Large Outdoor Event

Step 1.Complete an application

Note: Special Events Permit applications must be submitted at least 60 days before the event and approved by City Council.

You must create or log into your Eproval account to complete an application. If multiple people need to stay informed throughout the application process, use an email address that they all have access to.

Fill Out the Form

Step 2.We'll review your request

We will review your application and contact you if we need additional information.

Step 3.Make a payment

When prompted, you can pay the permit processing fee.

Step 4.Receive your permit

The approval process takes about 60 days. When your permit is fully approved, we will email it to you.
