Provides growth opportunities to the African American business community via education and networking and promotes cultural awareness through the Arts.

Mayor’s Veteran Advisory Council

Promoting and conducting operations and events to recognize the services of veterans who reside in the City of Orlando and surrounding area and to offer assistance as may be needed.

To collect funds from the sponsors of the City of Orlando’s Hispanic Heritage Month Kick-off.

Mayor's Neighborhood & Community Summit & Leadership Training

The Summit provides workshops and a forum for neighborhood & community volunteers to come together to learn and share new trends and practices for civic engagement and community building.

Women’s History Month

Women’s History Month Project solicits & accepts funds to be used to provide women of the community with resources, educational events and networking opportunities through Women's History Month events. During March, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, City Commissioners and the City of Orlando celebrate Women’s History Month by highlighting the lasting contributions and positive influence women have made.

Orlando Main Streets Project Committee

The Orlando Main Streets Project Committee solicits and accepts funds through memberships, sponsorships, events and other efforts, allowing the twelve Orlando Main Streets Districts to come together to network and learn strategies and practices for revitalization of their communities with the ultimate goal of benefitting the overall health of the City’s neighborhoods.
