The City of Orlando’s digital plans submittal and review platform, ProjectDox, will be unavailable beginning Friday, January 3, 2025 at 5 p.m. through Monday, January 13, 2025 at 8 a.m. in order to perform essential system upgrades.
During this time, neither customers nor staff will have access to ProjectDox and will not be able to complete the following actions:
While ProjectDox will be unavailable, our Permitting Services office will be open normal hours. During the outage, staff will be able to assist customers with the following services online and in-person as usual:
