City of Orlando’s Community Redevelopment Agency Announces On-Sale Date for New Affordable Homeownership Opportunities in Parramore
Orlando, FL - April 20, 2026 - The City of Orlando’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) advances into the third phase of its affordable housing initiative, with the release of three new homes in Parramore to further expand access to quality, affordable housing.
Designed to increase homeownership opportunities and provide more residential options within the neighborhood, the homes will officially go on sale beginning May 1, 2026, with a series of open houses scheduled throughout the month to give prospective buyers an opportunity to tour the properties.
Open house dates will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday in May beginning May 2.
The homes are located at:
- 805 McFall Avenue
- 622 Conley Street
- 839 Short Avenue
Each home is priced at $380,000, with significant financial assistance available to help make homeownership more attainable. Qualified buyers may receive up to $155,000 in Down Payment Assistance (DPA), with an additional $10,000 available for first responders.
“This initiative reflects the city’s continued investment in Parramore and our commitment to creating attainable housing opportunities for residents,” said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. “By expanding access to homeownership, we are helping build a stronger, more sustainable community.”
Through strategic investments, the CRA is working to support neighborhood growth. More homes are expected to go on the market later this year.
