Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer Visits City of Orlando’s Drive-Thru & Pedestrian-Accessible Testing Site
WHAT:
Tomorrow, Thursday, May 21, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer will visit another one of the City’s mobile drive-thru and pedestrian-accessible testing site. The site will be open for testing from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m., for one day testing at the Northlake Park Community School Parking Lot.
This mobile site is one of several new free mobile testing sites the city has opened to expand testing to neighborhoods throughout the city. The mobile testing sites operate two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., rotating to a new location in the city on each operating day. The next testing site location will open on Tuesday, May 26, at the Dr. James R. Smith Neighborhood Center Parking Lot.
There is no symptom criteria for testing, however, appointments are required, individuals must be 18 years or older and show a valid Orlando or Orange County ID.
Orlando and Orange County residents can make an appointment, by visiting orlando.gov/covid19testing or by calling 407.246.3104. Call Center hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Spanish speaking residents should call 407.246.4301 to make an appointment.

Signage will be available onsite to direct media to the designated media area.
In alignment with CDC guidelines, media is encouraged to wear a cloth face covering and to maintain six feet of physical distance between others at all times.
