Our 4-acre demonstration gardens showcase Florida-friendly Landscaping™ principles, highlighting the diversity of gardening and landscaping options available to residents in Central Florida.
Florida-friendly Landscaping™ is a collection of nine principles and tips focused on landscape design, installation, and sustainable maintenance practices that are intended to reduce irrigation, protect water quality and support wildlife. This tour will provide an excellent opportunity to learn first-hand about plant identification, selection and maintenance for your very own residential landscape. From pollinator plants, to succulents, to fruit trees, vegetables and herbs––there is plenty to see, smell, touch and inspire!
