Learn all about Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ principles that will help you design a landscape that fits your aesthetic needs.

This in-person class will cover the Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ principles in detail, with a focus on practices that are intended to reduce water, fertilizer, and pesticides by selecting and maintaining plants that thrive, provide nutrients and habitat for birds, pollinators, and other wildlife, and help keep pollution out of our water ways.

Join us to learn more about how your landscape can be designed to look the way you want, fit the aesthetics of your community, be low maintenance, and support the overall well-being of Florida’s natural resources.

This class will be taught by Dr. Heather Kalaman, Horticulture Extension Faculty with UF/IFAS Extension Orange County.
