To safely host the Martin Luther King Jr Parade, the following roads will be closed at the times indicated below.
Parade Staging (6 a.m. until 2 p.m.):
- Orange Avenue from Colonial Drive to Concord Street ( 3 Eastern Lanes)
- Amelia Street between the railroad tracks and N. Magnolia Avenue
- Livingston Street between railroad tracks and N. Magnolia Avenue
- Orange Avenue from Concord Street to Livingston Street
Parade Route (9 a.m. until 2 p.m.)
- Rosalind Avenue from Central Boulevard to Robinson Street
- Central Boulevard from Orange Avenue to Rosalind Avenue
- Orange Avenue from Livingston Street to Central Boulevard
During road, lane and sidewalk closures, temporary no parking may be in place. Notices will be posted. The Orlando Police Department will be along the route to assist with traffic.
All street closures and listed times are subject to change based upon prevailing or unexpected conditions. Please follow posted detours while traveling in the area.
