Serving on a HOA or condominium association board requires Florida’s certification compliance within 90 days of being elected. This workshop will provide an overview of the many responsibilities and areas of oversight required by condominium and homeowners’ association board of directors.

You will learn about condominium and HOA operations, records maintenance and owner access to records, dispute resolution options, budgets and reserves, election requirements and financial reporting.
