Registration is open from March 1, 2026 through September 11, 2026.
The City of Orlando's tackle football program is a recreational football league. The league offers weekly practices and games that are designed to improve players' fundamentals and skills of football.
The City of Orlando offers five divisions for children ages 4-14:
- Tiny Tots: Ages 4-6 (flag football only). Athletes cannot be older than 6 years old on or before July 1, 2026.
- Mighty Mites: Ages 7-8 (unlimited weight). Athletes cannot be older than 8 years old on or before July 1, 2026.
- Pee Wee: Ages 9-10 (unlimited weight). Athletes cannot be older than 10 years old on or before August 1, 2026.
- Juniors: Ages 11-12 (unlimited weight). Athletes cannot be older than 12 years old on or before August 1, 2026.
- Senior: Ages 13-14 (unlimited weight). Athletes cannot be older than 14 years old on or before August 1, 2026 and cannot play high school football. Players up to 15 may be accepted on a case by case basis with proof of age and grade.
Games are played at Emery Hamilton Sports Complex.
How much does it cost?
The registration fee is $40 per child and covers the rental of a helmet, shoulder pads, uniform pants and jersey, all of which must be returned at the end of the season. Parents/guardians are responsible for purchasing cleats separately.
