Step 1.Check your eligibility

Before applying, confirm that your business meets the requirements for Small or Local Business Enterprise certification.

Eligibility requirements may include business size, ownership, and operational criteria. Review the certification requirements before continuing.

Step 2.Check if you are already registered as a vendor

Visit the link below to see if your business is already registered in the system.

  • If your business is listed, you will be directed to the account login screen.
  • If your business is not listed, complete vendor registration before continuing.

Step 3.Register as a vendor

You must be registered as a City vendor before applying for certification.

If you have not yet registered, complete the vendor registration process first. This is required to access the certification system.

Step 4.Log in to apply for certification

Once you have registered as a vendor, log in to the City’s certification system to complete your Small or Local Business Enterprise application.

Step 5.We will contact you if more information is needed

Certification staff will contact you through the application system if additional information is needed.
