Creative Village Phase II Development

Phase II of vertical development at Creative Village is planned to begin soon and represents more than $365 million in development activity, including:

• The Beacon at Creative Village – a 106-unit mixed-income multifamily development being developed by Banc of America Community Development Corporation in partnership with Atlantic Housing Partners. Ninety-eight percent of the units are expected to be affordable.
• A 185,000 square foot multi-tenant office building.
• A 365-unit multifamily apartment development.
• A hotel with approximately 180 rooms.
• An additional 500+ student housing beds.
