You need to renew the expired permit to avoid delays with future inspections, title searches and sale of the property.

Fill out an online form to request your permit renewal.
Complete the Form
A permit technician will review your request and determine if your permit can be renewed or if it requires a replacement permit. We'll contact you within three business days to let you know.
If your application is approved, we will send you payment instructions. You will need to pay a minimum permit fee or 25% of original permit fee, whichever is greater, up to $1,000 within six months of the permit expiration.
