The Parramore Avenue Utility and Streetscape Improvements Project is a partnership between the City of Orlando and the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) to modernize critical infrastructure and enhance the streetscape along Parramore Avenue from Gore Street to Long Street, a corridor spanning approximately 0.35 miles.

The project includes replacing aging water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure; reconstructing sidewalks and other hardscape elements; and improving drainage to provide more reliable and efficient utility services. These upgrades will address deteriorating infrastructure while creating a safer, more attractive, and more resilient corridor for residents, businesses, and visitors.

As part of the project, the roadway and curbs will be fully reconstructed, and pedestrian safety will be enhanced through the installation of new ADA-compliant curb ramps and improved sidewalk connections, creating a more accessible and walkable environment for everyone.
