As of January 1, 2023, the City of Orlando has consolidated four advisory design/development review committees into the Development Review Committee that will review development proposals within specific overlay districts and/or Planned Developments.

Clean Energy and Green Buildings Subcommittee

Reviews the established policies and procedures, ordinances, programs, and metrics and provides input and feedback in service of advancing progress toward the city’s sustainability goals, namely for the entire city to operate on renewable energy by 2050.
