Orlando’s extensive network of neighborhood centers allow residents 55 and older opportunities to participate in life enrichment, educational activities, fitness classes, technology training, leisure and social groups, travel and more!
Two designated senior sites are vibrant hubs for older adults in our city! They offer a more extensive array of programs and activities in a warm and friendly environment. Nine satellite sites can be found throughout the city for making new friends closer to home. Monthly special events bring all or our sites together for fun.
Seniors can drop in for a tour and find out from our helpful staff which of the more than 100 clubs, classes and activities are right for them. We have dance classes, crafts of all kinds, and activities to keep you moving. Some programs have a small fee, but not our fitness facilities. If you’re a city resident over 55, you can bring your ID to the Beardall and L. Claudia Allen Senior Centers and work out for free!
