City Planning, Code Enforcement and Permitting Digital Services Outage

Next date: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 | 02:00 PM to Monday, September 28, 2026 | 08:00 AM

Beginning Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., all City Planning, Code Enforcement and Permitting digital services will be offline until Monday, September 28, 2026, due to a system update.

During this time, city staff and customers will not have access to digital platforms such as ProjectDox, Permit and Planning Project Lookup, and Code Enforcement portals. This will affect the following services:

• Application processing
• Payments
• Plan review
• Inspection scheduling
• Business tax receipts
• Permit and Code Enforcement case status inquiries

Our staff will be available to assist in the following areas:

• City Planning
  • General planning inquiries – please call City Planning at 407.246.2269 or email cityplanning@orlando.gov
• Code Enforcement
  • Report a Code Enforcement violation or request a Code Enforcement inspection – please call Code Enforcement at 407.246.2686 or email codeenforcement@orlando.gov
• Permitting
  • Inspections scheduled for September 24 and 25 will proceed as planned
  • Inspection results will not be available until Monday, September 28
  • Please note, Certificates of Occupancy, Certificates of Completion, and Temporary Certificates of Occupancy will not be issued while the system is down
  • General permitting inquiries – please call Permitting at 407.246.2271 or email digitalpermits@orlando.gov
