Report a Missed Garbage Dumpster Pick-Up

Step 1.Keep in mind, sometimes our trucks cannot pick up your dumpster because it is:

• blocked by a vehicle or other item.
• overloaded.
• blocked by material stacked in front or around it.

Step 2.Locate the dumpster number on the front.

There is a number assigned to each dumpster. Example: 4-4057

Step 3.If possible, take a photo of the dumpster

A photo can help the city find the dumpster faster.

Step 4.Report the missed collection

Step 5.We will pick up your garbage

The City of Orlando will pick up your garbage the next day.
