The city’s fiscal year runs from October 1 to September 30. If you would like to request historical budget documents, please request a public record.

The city is in the process of developing a FY27 Budget proposal. While the official workshop and hearing schedule is maintained by the City Clerk at orlando.gov/meetings, our general budget development timeline is as follows:

  • February - July: Budget Proposal Development
  • July: Council Budget Workshop
  • August: Commissioner Budget Briefings
  • September: Two Council Budget Hearings

Documents will be added to this page as they become available, beginning in conjunction with the Budget Workshop in mid-July.
