Mayor’s Citizens Oversight Committee

The mission of the Citizens Oversight Committee is to provide public oversight and review, to the Mayor and City Council, regarding issues related to the development of the community venues projects, which includes the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and Camping World Stadium.

The Citizens Oversight Committee provide leadership, input and recommendations to the Mayor and City Council as necessary to ensure the successful development of the community venues projects consistent with the approved budget, schedule and scope of work for each project. The Committee also helps ensure minority and local participation in construction and project related procurement in accordance with the Blueprint, and with accountability and transparency.
