Musu Sheriff - Cypress Creek High School

Musu demonstrates a commitment to social justice, equality, and inclusion and also has shown a deep passion for leadership and community involvement. As the President of the Muslim Student Association, Lead Public Relations Manager of the Black Student Union, Best Buddies, and Co-President of the African Diaspora Student Association, Musu always works to ensure students are included and not overlooked. Musu believes it is her responsibility to stand up for inclusion and equality in the same way as Dr. King. She also believes that leadership is the best way to help her community, to unite, and build a culture of positivity and inclusion to empower others to rise to their full potential, as Dr. King himself represented.

Future Goals: Musu hopes to attend Harvard University or another Ivy League school to study Political Science.
