Sarah Roach - Winter Park High School

Sarah is a multi-talented young woman with the drive and discipline to maximize her talents. She is well-rounded with interests in all areas, academics, the arts and her community. She has a combination of determination, analytical ability and emotional intelligence that is rare. Sarah has participated in several programs which support females in the STEM fields. She has voiced the empowerment she has felt from being involved in those programs and therefore, her increased desire to follow her aspirations.

Additionally, Sarah is an active member of the Friendship Club. This is an organization dedicated to helping students with special needs realize their value in our society and culture.

She is incredibly patient and understanding with her exceptional education peers and plays a vital role in advocating for their rights as well as educating the community.

Future Plans: Sarah plans to attend Florida Polytechnical University and hopes to become a Software Engineer.
