Community Engagement

The Community Engagement Team strengthens connections between the City of Orlando and its various communities, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that all residents and visitors feel valued and supported by the city. 

• Providing our ethnic and cultural communities of Orlando access to information about city services, resources, and programs available to residents
• Recommending policies and initiatives that benefit all populations
• Offering information and educational programs, training sessions, and community discussions that engage residents in impactful outreach in multiple languages 

• Assisting residents, businesses and visitors with multilingual assistance
